What we actually are

PSR — Professional Service Restoration — is a local, family-run cleaning and restoration company working across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. We are not a franchise and not a lead-generation front that sells your call to whoever bids for it. When you ring, you get our office; when the van arrives, it's our technician.

That structure is why we can do both cleaning and restoration well. Most restoration ends in a cleaning job, and most serious cleaning jobs turn up something that needs more than cleaning. Splitting those across two companies is how things sit wet while everyone works out whose job it is.

How we quote

Over the phone, free, and honestly. We'd rather talk you out of a job that isn't worth doing than take the money and hand you a disappointment — a twenty-year-old traffic lane is worn fibre, not soil, and no amount of cleaning brings it back. We say that on the call, not after.

We also publish what things actually cost, which almost nobody in this business does. The $99-whole-house ads exist to get a technician through your door; the number you were sold is rarely the number you pay.

Licensed, insured, and used to paperwork

Licensed and insured, with certificates of insurance issued to associations and management companies as a matter of routine. We work in enough Brickell, Aventura and Fort Lauderdale towers that building access is something we handle rather than something you have to explain to us.
